Cancellation Policy
There is a strict "NO REFUNDS" policy for any deposits made on reservations for any party type at Sylvania Playland. All party cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of reservation time to receive the rescheduling option. Accepted cancellations have up to 1 fiscal year to reschedule without paying another party deposit. Reserving a party online blocks that time off and removes the ability for anyone else to book that same time slot. Sylvania Playland does not have a waitlist feature to backfill any cancellations. All party reservations at sylvaniaplayland.com are subject to availability and showcased through our fully automated "LIVE" booking calendar. All party reservations must be made online to ensure time slot coordination.
